		<content type="html">Robin, I really love how you post about your mind and body being in harmony not only with eachother but with nature. It's a powerful message for me. I've read many articles and books and tried many "diets" but this  is the way of life that I was searching for. How sad is it that I had to seek it out rather than it be a normal way of life? It is crazy how removed most people have become. I'm so glad that I found your blog!!!! Btw LOVE the idea of yelling out "I am strong, I am a warrior, I am beautiful" what a powerful message.
