The Healthiest PB & J Ever!

PB & J made the way nature intended
I have to share this delicious recipe with you....the no guilt Peanut butter and Jelly Sandwich....yummy...Check it out below!
2 Slices of Ezekiel 4 :9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread Certified Organic Grains toasted
1/4 to a half cup of your favorite organic berries ( I use Blueberries, mostly)
1 tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter (or as much or little as your liking)
Then....
Smash the two slices together with the berries and peanut butter in place...w ala! Now you have one healthy delicious PB & J. Nothing artificial, just whole food nutrition!
