Rawsome Flex Outcome

The book had some great in site. If you are willing to do these exercises for your face everyday, you should have a tight face for as long as you keep it up and are consistent.

I did find some other books on this same subject with possibly the same exercises at other sites for less money than the cost I paid for  Rawsome Flex and I found some that where even more expensive ...I am not kidding! But who knows if either have as much in site, but worth checking out. If you are on a budget check out the sites below.

I am pretty positive this works. I can feel the muscles in my neck and face working, I assume if I had more of a loose neck this would be much more noticeable, but I will continue, since in my mind it seems logical to keep the muscles firm and youthful.

If I see some really amazing results in the near future I will let you know. It really does not take that long per day.  It was a bit awkward at first, tugging my hair, hanging my head off the bed and so on...smile!

My favorite was exercise 29 (Neck Smoother)...

This exercise targets the sternocleidomastoideus, the major muscle of the neck. When this muscle is increased in size, it elongates the neck, while firming and smoothing the sides of the neck.
  1. Lie across a bed, letting your head hang upside down off the side.
  2. Raise your head up slowly, stressing the muscles under the jaw.
  3. Hold for a count of 6 and lower your head
  4. Repeat 3-5 times

This is an extremely important exercise for your neck, because that is where aging will show first. But be careful not to overdo it the first several days or you will end up with a sore, stiff neck and shoulders. You must learn to relax your shoulders during this exercise. This will also reduce double chins, since they are partially the result of slack neck muscles.

   
It was even more ridiculous trying to take pictures of my neck area with no help...as you can see I succeeded!

Over all I give this book a 4, I thought the price was a bit steep, but everything else was appropriate and explained very well.
