Welcome

Welcome to my blog!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am 39 years old, I have been investing in the fitness industry since 1987, yep along time ago...we were wearing leg warmers to the gym, but they looked pretty good on me, since they gave my skinny chicken legs at the time an extra layer.

I am healthier now than I ever was in my twenties. I have grown a lot in the passing years, you can even say I am maturing into the woman God intended me to be...finally...smile! I blossomed a little later in life, but I would not change a thing, everything in life happens for a reason, sometimes you need to be woke up and if your lucky God will bless you with whatever it takes to get the job done!

I am a lover of Christ, Children, Family and Dogs! What do I do for work FUN? Well, I am a Health Advocate/Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, NSCA-CPT, Writer, Wife and Mother, all because of His love!

If you are looking for me you will probably find me furthering my education in the Fitness and Nutritional field to stay up to date on everything from health, Fitness, Mind to anti-aging effects/responses/prevention from eating raw whole food and then blogging about it.

I am continually mentored and coached by some of the most caring prestigious health professionals around.

Being fit has always been important to me. I realized a little later in life that being fit is not necessarily being healthy, It consist of not only gym time, but in addition the nutrients we receive from our food and our mental awareness.

After watching my parents go from young and vibrate to doctors giving them drug after drug to cover up there health problems and cause even more problems than they started with, including all of the side effects that go along with the ride! I grew even more passionate about every aspect of preventing Mine and my families health from deteriating. I never once heard a doctor suggest natural ways to prevent  disease to my parents. As of now my mother has had open heart surgery, Osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, you name it she has lived it!

My father is now in a nursing home deteriorating from Alzheimer’s disease, so as you can see I have every right to be cautious and passionate about the things we put into our bodies.

In addition to writing for this page & working with clients , I also work with a company that found a way to put fruit & Vegetables inside a capsule...I know ridiculous! Hey it made sense to me because I knew very well that me being the health freak I am...I could always use more nutrients in my diet from extra fruit & Vegetables on a daily basis even though I eat healthy to begin with.

Research shows that a diet rich in fruits and vegetables help prevent aging, skin from sagging, heart disease, diabetes, cancer...you get the idea!  You definitely can't overdose, and the only thing documented that it could possibly do to you is make you healthier and I am pretty sure it is the food God intended for us right from the beginning...so eat up!

My  passions have led me to doing what I do best...helping others achieve their goals! I am no longer standing back and watching health deteriate in others. I sought out to pursue training individual clients that are determined to make a life change. God has blessed me with the experience, knowledge and ability to make a positive difference in people's lives.

Let’s prevent today so we do not have to worry about tomorrow!

Health’s important 2 me but nothing comes before my true love, “Jesus Christ” Because of his love, I am set free to be me!

Loved reading this and reading through a few entries on your blog. I have fallen off the wagon a little recently but I totally believe in the "magic" of good pure food and how it can enhance our lives. It is my goal to get myself and my family back on track (we are not too far off, but could use some work!).
